Booking and availability<\/h3>\n

The availability of P\u00e4ikese holiday house can be viewed in the booking calendar on our website.<\/p>\n

Simply select your preferred arrival and departure dates, fill in the required fields, and send your inquiry.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll email you a price offer as soon as possible. Once you confirm and the advance payment is received, your booking will be considered final.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t heard back within two working days, please contact us \u2013 sometimes emails can get lost along the way.<\/p>\n

Short-term bookings during summer<\/h3>\n

Short-term (1\u20132 night) bookings for the summer months (June, July, August<\/strong>) cannot be made far in advance,\nexcept when there are a few open days between existing reservations.<\/p>\n

One-night weekend bookings (Friday or Saturday) are accepted only by special agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in and check-out<\/h3>\n

  • Check-in:<\/strong> from 15.00<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Check-out:<\/strong> until 12.00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Whenever possible, we do our best to accommodate special requests. Please let us know in advance.<\/p>\n

    Advance payment and booking confirmation<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • To confirm your booking, we require a 50% advance payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • The booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been received.<\/li>\n
    • The remaining balance can be paid in cash on-site or by prior arrangement before arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Cancellations made at least 2 months before arrival<\/strong> we will refund the advance payment 100%.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Cancellations made less than 1 month before arrival<\/strong> \u2013 the advance payment is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
      • If we are able to find a new guest for the cancelled period, the advance payment will be refunded regardless of the cancellation time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We kindly ask you to notify us as early as possible if your plans change. We\u2019ll do our best to find a mutually suitable solution.<\/p>\n

        House rules and responsibility<\/h3>\n

        During your stay, please keep the house tidy and treat the property with care. The registered guest is financially responsible for any damaged or broken items.<\/p>\n

        Please note that P\u00e4ikese holiday house is located in a peaceful natural area. The environment is part of the experience.<\/p>\n

        We value silence and nature, and kindly ask our guests to do the same.<\/p>\n
